Truedoxa Games is a free educational quiz app by Truedoxa Global Resources Ltd. We care about keeping your information safe and private. This page explains what we collect and why.
We collect what is needed to run the app: username, first name, last name, email, phone number, birth year, quiz results, Doxa Coin balance, invitation code, and reward or coin-purchase order details (product, amount, payment reference and fulfilment status).
We use it to create and verify your account, let you play quizzes, track coins, process Rewards Store orders, send airtime or data to your registered phone number, email receipts and important updates, and improve the app.
Truedoxa Games is free. There is no subscription. If you buy coins or a discounted airtime/data pack, payment is processed by Paystack. We do not collect or store your full card, bank or wallet details. Paystack receives the information needed to complete the payment (such as email, amount and a transaction reference). We store the order record so we can confirm payment and send your reward.
We do not sell your data. We share information only with trusted providers who help run the app (for example Paystack for payments, and our email/hosting provider), or when required by law. Your registered phone number is used to send airtime or data you have paid for.
We use reasonable security measures to protect your information. No system is 100% secure.
You can request to view, update or delete your information by emailing admin@truedoxa.com.
The app is for students aged 11 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 11 without parental consent.
