Truedoxa Games is free to use. There is no monthly subscription. Optional payments apply only if you buy Doxa Coins or a discounted airtime/data pack in the Rewards Store.
You must be at least 11 years old. If you are under 18, you should only use the app with the consent of a parent or guardian. Keep your password safe and do not share your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.
You must verify your email from the welcome email before you can use the app. Log in with your unique username and password.
Doxa coins are earned by playing quizzes, completing challenges, inviting friends, and from the joining bonus of 200 coins. They are virtual and have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for money. They are used to qualify for discounted airtime and data in the Rewards Store.
Rewards are discounted Nigeria airtime and data. Coins qualify you for a pack. You then pay the reduced cash price through Paystack. For example, ₦1,000 airtime or data costs ₦850.
After a successful payment, the reward is sent to the phone number registered on your account within 24 hours. A receipt is emailed to you. Coin packs are credited immediately after payment.
Airtime and data that have already been sent cannot be refunded. If a payment fails or is not completed, no reward is sent and coins are not deducted for that order.
When someone signs up using your invitation code, both you and the new user receive 200 Doxa coins. There is no limit to how many people you can invite. Invitation rewards may be withheld if we reasonably believe the sign-up is fake or abusive.
Store payments are processed by Paystack. We do not store your full card, bank or wallet details. You are responsible for using the correct registered phone number, as that is where airtime or data will be sent.
We may update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified by email where possible.
